The
Maverick is located in Ormond Beach, the quieter, more family
oriented part of the Daytona resort area. At the Maverick
you''re still close to all Daytona''s great attractions, restaurants,
shopping and nightlife. Our 138 studios and one-bedroom apartments
all face the broad, sandy beach, with the pool and Jacuzzi
right downstairs.
Our
units are fully furnished with full-size sleeper sofas, queen
size beds, remote-controlled TVs, video cassette players,
digital clock radios, dining area, and kitchens (including
microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware).
They will sleep 2 privately, or a maximum of four.
The
exterior of the building just recently underwent major restoration.
This close-to-$1 million project included new hallway and
balcony deck coatings and aluminum railings, and new paint
in a very attractive cream color with teal doors. The interior
of 100% of out units has also been completely renovated, including
new paint, carpeting and vinyl floor covering, kitchen cabinets,
refrigerators, ranges, 2-burner stove tops, light fixtures,
sofa beds, bedspreads, drapes, dining chairs, barstools, barrel
chairs and dressers.
We
have a large indoor spa, complete with his and hers dressing
rooms. A large pool overlooks the beach, we have a shuffleboard
court and you can play volleyball right on the beach. We offer
on site laundry facilities, outdoor BBQ grills, video game
machines, soft drink and snack machines.
